Paul has worked in large scale tourism attractions and facilities for most of his career.

He was a Quality Manager overseeing 50 holiday parks for 6 years where he carried out performance and quality audits across the network. He provided day to day advice to owners particularly around operations and systems. He has also run and managed a holiday park in New Zealand.

Paul was a senior curator for one of Victoria’s most iconic major tourist attractions.

Using this experience, in partnership with Peter Woolman, he has developed an extensive Presentation, Condition and Cleanliness audit that he uses to assess and benchmark large scale tourism attractions and facilities. He also undertakes Workplace Health & Safety Audits.

These Audits can be tailored for each individual site or precinct and are regularly undertaken for both government and private businesses.
