Bio

Claire is a nationally recognised strategic planning leader with razor-sharp insight and a drive to do things better. She has extensive experience as a strategic planning and policy advisor to government and industry. Her collaborative nature and measured approach ensure that stakeholders are involved in the right way, at the right time, to drive positive and lasting change.

Her signature framework blends proven real-world expertise with international best practice. She helps identify key opportunities to develop precincts in a more human centred, place based, sustainable way whilst increasing the attractiveness of the precinct for key stakeholders, users and the broader community.

Claire brings valuable cross-disciplinary insights from two decades of delivering innovative region shaping policy solutions and major precincts planning frameworks in Melbourne and London. She is experienced at delivering creative region wide community engagement strategies for decision makers, stakeholders and community that bring people along for the journey and help shape decisions and deliver better places for people. She loves helping clients leave a legacy they can be proud of for decades to come.

Her thoughtful approach to strategic planning, placemaking and community engagement saw her recognised with a nomination as an Outstanding Women in Planning in 2022 by the Planning Institute of Australia and a finalist in the Parks and Leisure Australia 2022 Regional Awards for Best Community Initiative. Finalist in the UK’s Regeneration and Renewal Awards
