Bio

Amanda has extensive experience in operational and strategic Human Resources across a diverse range of industries, including professional services, sports, events, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, hospitality and not-for-profit.

Having started her People & Culture career at a major event, Amanda has since held senior HR roles in a number of iconic international and Australian organisations.

She regularly advises senior management on HR strategy and has overseen the implementation of HR related systems, policies, and procedures.

Amanda is especially attuned to the issues faced in companies with staff working from home, those that operate in a non 9-5 context and in franchise /co-op models.

She is accessible and approachable, providing hands-on support, advice and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved for every client.
