Bio
Richard Henderson is a brand identity expert whose career has evolved from hands-on creative leadership to a focused role as a Brand Advisor. He brings decades of experience guiding major organisations through strategic change, using design to unlock clarity, build confidence, and create distinctive brand identities.
Richard believes that in today’s economy, Return On Imagination is just as important as Return On Investment. Great brands don’t just communicate, they connect, inspire, and shape culture. And when done well, brand identity becomes a business asset, building Brand Capital Value over time.
Throughout his career he has worked closely with CEOs, Boards, and leadership teams to solve complex challenges, align strategy with design, and rally people around a shared purpose; bringing a collaborative mindset and a strong creative compass, helping brands reach for something greater than themselves.
Richard also maintains long-standing ties to creative communities in China, with active collaborations and mutual exchange.
