Mike Billing is a highly accomplished consultant and advisor with over two decades of experience delivering impactful projects across the tourism, sport, major events, and government sectors in Australia and internationally. Mike is a trusted leader in destination strategy, tourism development, major events, and stakeholder engagement. With ODIN360, Mike has played a leading role in numerous high-profile projects, earning a reputation for strategic insight, commercial acumen, and outstanding stakeholder engagement.

His expertise encompasses destination management, major event strategy, marketing, and commercial operations, alongside a proven track record in developing successful business cases and delivering growth for clients.
As an IAP2 Certified engagement specialist, Mike excels at developing and leading multifaceted community and stakeholder consultation programs, ensuring strategic plans are both ambitious and inclusive. His analytical, data-driven approach underpins the creation of clear, actionable pathways for organisations to achieve sustainable growth.
