Steven Wright has been a Director, CEO and Advisor to many of Australia’s most famous brands and events particularly in the leisure, hospitality, sport, retail and tourism industries. He regularly advises SME, government, franchisors and family businesses.

His key skill is transforming and growing brands and businesses by developing clear business strategies supported by high performing teams and a strong culture. All strategies and business plans have clear measurable performance outcomes. This often requires developing a new culture and solving major legacy issues.

Steven has the unique background of not only having extensive strategy development, sales, marketing and digital transformation experience through advising and managing some of Australia’s highest profile brands, but he is also a trained commercial lawyer and accountant.

This gives him have a very deep understanding of the risks, governance, opportunities and issues faced across the wider company. He is not just limited to one particular field of knowledge and adds great value to a business for that reason.
