Burnham Beeches awarded funding with ODIN360’s support

Congratulations to our client Trenerry / Burnham Beeches for being awarded a significant grant from the Victorian Government under Stream 3 of the Regional Tourism Investment Fund.

After many attempts by many developers over the years, Trenerry Property Group purchased the iconic Burnham Beeches property and, through clever design, has come up with a fantastic vision for the site that has received all necessary permits and approvals.

The Burnham Beeches project will be a game-changer for the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges.

A luxury wellness hotel is scheduled to open on site following the restoration of the 1920’s historic art deco mansion. A new community village square with cafes and restaurants together with a hilltop glamping retreat with direct access to the Sir Alfred Nicholas Memorial Gardens will also be built.

An amazing vision and project.

Thanks to Robert Dicintio and the Trenerry Group for entrusting ODIN360 Australia with the responsibility of preparing the complex grant application. We are so pleased it was successful.

Thanks also to Tourism East, Yarra Ranges Council, Victoria Tourism Industry Council (VTIC) and Accommodation Australia for their support of this application
