ODIN360 has acted as an advisory partner to CustomLinc for several years. Originally retained in 2021 to provide governance, structural and strategic advice to then owner, this advisory role grew to the point where ODIN360 began providing interim management services around Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Commercial and Contract Development. ODIN360 assisted in developing a strategy to protect the business and ensure its long term success. This culminated in ODIN360 developing a long term strategic plan for CustomLinc. In early 2024 Steven also facilitated the development of the CustomLinc corporate strategy for the next 5 years and now provides ad hoc advice to Sam as required.
